These terms govern your use of pickindexnimble.com (the "Site"), operated by Pickindexnimble BV, company number BE 0794.512.368, registered at Boulevard des Anglais 18, 4900 Spa, Belgium. By accessing the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is an independent editorial guide to sports car meets and motorsport events in Belgium. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, any event organiser, club or vehicle manufacturer. Event names are used only to identify the events we write about. Dates, access rules, ticketing and eligibility are set by the organisers and can change without notice; always confirm with the official source before travelling or making purchases.
3. User obligations
When using the Site you agree to:
- use it lawfully and not in a way that infringes the rights of others;
- not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or connected systems;
- not introduce malware or carry out automated scraping that places undue load on the Site;

Failing an amicable solution, disputes fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Liège, Belgium, without prejudice to consumers' rights to bring proceedings in their place of residence.
